一年一度的新年还有三天就来到了，这几天都是人们购买年货的热潮。但是，在人们开开心心的购买年货的当儿，有一则对消费者不公平的事情发生。今天（2月15日）在中国报《今日森美兰》里，看到一则这样的新闻。我们教会的执事会主席张金祥弟兄透过中国报向贸消部作出投诉，希望贸消部对付那些霸级市场限制消费者购买货品的权力。金祥弟兄也说到在现今自由交易的社会，我们有自由购买自己所需要的物品。我们是不应该被限制的，所以希望贸消部应该重视这些事情。
在现今社会，身为基督徒,若发现不公义或不公平的事情，不是将事情闷闷的吞下肚子忘记就好了，这样会导致接下来会有更多人受害。我们应该学习张金祥弟兄一样，有话直说。有一位神学家说，教会是社会的良知，基督徒是有责任把不对的事情说出或勇敢向有关当局做出回应或投诉或采取必要的行动。

However, through China Press' Negeri Today, we see a hypermarket has treated its customer unjustly. Our Local Church Executive Committee (LCEC) Chairman Bro. Teo Kim Siang has urge government agencies to protect the rights of consumers. He has pointed out, in a free trading society, everyone has the right to transact.
